My husband Tod travels here, on Vancouver Island, a far bit for his work. He is an exterminator. Mostly doing rat jobs this time of the year. I don't know how he does it. He always takes beautiful pictures. These one are from the ferry terminal to Denman Island. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
I love living here. The weather is always perfect. Even when it it rains, even when its foggy or snowing. It always comes at the perfect time. Our seasons are always text book and we loved our long summer this year, with hardly any rain. It doesn't snow here as much as the rest of Canada but I like that. The mountains get lots of snow for the skiers and snowboarders around this time. We have amazing lakes to play in and the ocean is right at our doorstep. We have thick forests filled with bears, cougars and deer. There are many farms on our Island as well. It really is paradise here.
