JUST A REGULAR TUESDAY + HONEY GARLIC SALAD DRESSING RECIPE

Started the morning off right with my lemon water, thinking - How did I survive calmly while my helpful husband was gone in Saskatoon. As soon as he comes home from work he showers quickly and takes care of Kyri for me. He turns on the record player and they start to dance. He gives her a bath while I head off to Zumba and she is happy as can be while I get home. Kyri loves her daddy. He is containtly making up songs and singing and playing with her toes. They are two pees in a pod.

Seth also loves his baby sister, playing and talking in baby voices. He shows her how to use toys and how to run around the house. She watches him like a hawk. She loves her sister Chloe too. I think Kyri will want to be a dancer just like her big sister.

Kyri was a bit fussy so we went for a car ride around town. Seth is so polite, always holding the door open for us. I might have been driving like an old person, having no place to be and all. Sorry if you were behind me. We were driving around my old neighbor hood looking at houses. The old neighbor hoods are the best ones. Big yards, lots of trees, different styles of houses, not like all these new lots with houses that all look the same, small yards and no shade! Boooo. The house we are living in now was built in 1954. I will always love older homes. They have more character. As I was driving I thought of how wonderful of a freind Sam has been in the last couple years and I wanted to say thank you so we stopped at a floral shop and Kyri helped me pick out flowers for Sam.

I made a shake for us that had Vega (natural flavour), Maca, Spirulina, banana and berries in it.Blend and drink! Mmm Mmm Good and so good for you. After that digested, after 2 hours, I made dinner. We always start off with a salad. I love all the colors of the veggies. I added soaked cashews to our salads tonight. They were perfect.

*Soak cashews for 4 hours previously and drain.
