- 1/4 almond milk
- 2 cups rice puffs - so sugar added
- 1 cup oats - quick
- 1 oz hemp hearts (optional)
What to do:
1. Heat a large pan on low heat for 5 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and add the milk, almond butter, honey and vanilla. Stir
I gave them out for dessert but I saved mine and enjoyed in while soaking in a nice hot bath. It was perfect.
